- 1100 industrial pure aluminum circles are manufactured strictly in accordance with the ASTM B209 international aluminum alloy standard and the GB/T 3880 national standard for sheet metal. The base aluminum purity is ≥99.0%, belonging to the category of non-heat-treatable, soft-state aluminum materials. Under fully annealed O-state conditions, the material elongation is ≥25%, with a fine and uniform internal grain structure, extremely low cold-working stress, and excellent atmospheric corrosion resistance, stable thermal and electrical conductivity. It is a widely used and highly adaptable mainstay aluminum round billet in the global light industrial stamping field, making it a major export commodity.
Among overseas customers, the largest purchaser is the kitchenware industry, which is also the core application area for 1100 aluminum circles. Whether it's non-stick cookware manufacturers in Europe or rice cooker OEMs in Southeast Asia, they almost all rely on it. The 1100 aluminum circles we provide to our clients for kitchenware typically range in thickness from 0.5-5.0mm and diameter from 200-800mm, with tolerances controlled within ±0.02mm. Polished aluminum circles have high reflectivity, while anodized discs not only offer enhanced corrosion resistance but also allow for customization in various colors to match different design styles.
