- 1060 Aluminium Discs For Kitchenware
- 1060 aluminum discs are a preferred high-purity aluminum substrate in the kitchenware manufacturing industry, with an aluminum content of ≥99.6%. Suitable for both standardized mass production and customized needs, they are widely used in the production of various kitchenware such as pots, steamers and baking pans. 1060 aluminum disc combines excellent quality stability, processing adaptability, and compliance, aligning with the global kitchenware industry's trend towards cost reduction, efficiency improvement, and environmental protection. It is one of the core choices for mid-to-high-end kitchenware manufacturers worldwide.

As a high-end pure aluminum substrate for kitchenware manufacturing, 1060 aluminium discs are designed with both standardized mass production and customized adaptation in mind, perfectly fitting global kitchenware production scenarios. Based on our factory's practical experience exporting to Europe, America, Japan, South Korea, and Southeast Asia, our standard production specifications are thicknesses of 0.4-10mm and diameters of 30-1400mm. We can precisely customize sizes according to customer needs (woks, steamers, lunch boxes, baking trays, etc.), with thickness tolerance strictly controlled within ±0.015mm and flatness ≤0.08mm/m. Edges are CNC chamfered, eliminating burrs and curling, effectively avoiding forming defects during subsequent stamping and spinning processes. Production utilizes a DC continuous casting and rolling + cold rolling composite process. Compared to traditional hot rolling, this results in finer grains and a smoother surface. We strictly adhere to international standards such as ASTM B209 and EN 573-3:2019, and each batch undergoes dual dimensional and performance testing to ensure consistent specifications and compliance with import requirements in different regions.
In terms of material properties, 1060 is high-purity industrial aluminum with an aluminum content ≥99.6%, making it a preferred material for kitchenware substrates. Its chemical composition is precisely controlled, with Si≤0.20%, Fe≤0.35%, Cu≤0.05%, and the total proportion of other trace elements ≤0.04%. It is free of harmful impurities such as lead and cadmium, and fully complies with food-grade contact standards such as EU EC 1935/2004, US FDA, and China GB 4806.9. It can be directly used in food-contact parts of kitchen utensils, such as inner pots, bottoms, and outer shells. In terms of mechanical properties, after low-temperature annealing (380-420℃), the tensile strength reaches 90MPa, the yield strength is 45MPa, the elongation is 30%, and the plasticity is better than that of grade 1050 aluminum discs. It can withstand complex processing techniques such as deep drawing, flanging, and spinning. The single stretching height can reach more than 3.5 times the thickness of the sheet. After molding, it is not easily deformed or cracked, and it is suitable for the complex shape requirements of various kitchen utensils. Meanwhile, its thermal conductivity reaches 235W/(m·K), ensuring uniform and rapid heat transfer, reducing cooking energy consumption, and preventing food from burning due to localized overheating—addressing the core pain points of kitchenware use.
Based on production and export experience, the practical advantages of 1060 aluminum discs are particularly prominent, which is also the core reason why our factory has won global customer recognition.
Firstly, they have strong processing adaptability. Our factory uses imported German precision rolling mills, and the surface undergoes oil-free precision polishing, resulting in no scratches or oxidation spots. Subsequent stamping, spraying, and anodizing processes can be directly carried out without additional polishing, significantly shortening the customer's production cycle and reducing processing costs.
Secondly, they offer high quality stability. An online inspection system is used during production to monitor the sheet thickness, flatness, and surface quality in real time. Defective products are directly rejected, achieving a factory pass rate of over 99.8%, reducing customer rework losses.
Thirdly, it boasts excellent export adaptability. For different sea and air freight needs, it utilizes moisture-proof and scratch-resistant wooden pallet packaging (1.2 tons/pallet), with customized labeling to meet the customs clearance requirements of different regions. Delivery time is controlled within 22-25 days. Complete material certificates, test reports, and SGS certification are provided to ensure smooth customs clearance.
Furthermore, the 1060 aluminum discs have an 85% recyclability rate, aligning with global green and environmentally friendly production trends and helping customers enhance the environmental competitiveness of their products.
Haomei Aluminum consistently prioritizes practical needs. In the production of 1060 aluminum discs, it strictly controls every process, including smelting, casting, cold rolling, and annealing, precisely controlling process parameters to eliminate performance deviations and surface defects. With its high purity, high stability, and high processing adaptability, this product has become the preferred base material for mid-to-high-end kitchenware manufacturers, meeting both the mass production needs of household kitchenware and the precision processing standards of high-end custom kitchenware. We will continue to leverage our mature production technology and export experience to provide global customers with customized, high-quality 1060 aluminum discs for kitchenware, helping them enhance their core product competitiveness.
